The staff of "Boutique Hotel Villa Bianca" is at work to adopt safety protocols to protect the health of its guests and staff, following the guidelines shared by the World Health Organisation. The following measures will ensure a peaceful and carefree holiday on the Green Island Ischia.
AIR CONDITIONING:
To avoid risks of contagion through air conditioning systems, we will double the frequency of disinfecting the filters of air conditioners in common areas and rooms, which will be cleaned before each check-in.
DISPENSER:
Dispensers for dispensing disinfectant gel will be available to guests and staff in every area of the hotel.
PERSONAL SECURITY:
A doctor will be on call at all times in case of any need. Access to the property for staff will only be permitted after measuring body temperature.
ROOMS:
We will intensify our hygiene procedures (with particular attention to items that frequently get touched) and supplement air sanitation with germicidal misting equipment.
TRAINING:
Our entire staff is trained according to WHO guidelines so that they can safely perform the tasks assigned to them according to their respective departments.
COMPLIANCE WITH DISTANCES:
The hotel is distinguished by its large spaces that have always guaranteed guests maximum privacy and where it is easy to keep social distance.
RESTAURANT:
Thanks to the large outdoor areas, we will be able to guarantee a safe distance between tables in the restaurant.
TRANSFER:
The transfer service will be carried out in full compliance with all hygiene and cleanliness regulations for driver and vehicle.
